Healthy Meal Prep Delivery

Champ was founded in 2018. Born with a mission to provide the best health in the most convenient way. We honestly believe that personalised meal prep is the future of healthy eating. The world is accelerating towards convenience… Healthy meal prep delivery is inevitable.

Health is unique to every individual. We are made up of our own unique genetic material and microbiomes. Encouraging ‘one size fits all’ approach to health is irresponsible and misleading.

This is why we are trying to build the best personalised meal prep service in the UK. And, it starts with eating organic

Why Organic?

Cow in field

Organic, pastured and wild food is so much healthier than conventional groceries. It has higher nutritional content and is free from unnatural chemicals. Eating organic is the only way to create healthy meal prep delivery.

Eating organic foods supports self sustainable farming practices. Conventional farming destroys farmland soil, ecosystems and releases a huge number of greenhouse emissions. Organic farming creates regenerative soil, encourages the creation of ecosystems and greatly reduces greenhouse emissions.

We use trusted suppliers for organic fruits and vegetables. Locally sourced wherever possible. Our meats are grass-fed and certified by the Pasture for Life Association. All of our fish is wild, approved and regulated by the Marine Conservation Society to protect endangered species.

As a new company from 2018, we have a moral duty to support sustainability. We encourage sustainable farming, use compostable packaging and deliver with an electric car.

Innovation is one of our core principles and we are constantly searching for new ways to improve our practices. Please contact us if you have any ideas or suggestions.

Bespoke meal prep service

Champ works closely with nutritional recipe creators so we can give our customers a tasty menu. These meals are redesigned for each customer’s nutritional requirements and cooked by our chefs. We believe in training our own chefs to provide career opportunities and encourage new thinking.

If you are looking to try our service and have some killer recipes, please send some over and we’ll see how we can incorporate them into your healthy meal prep delivery (you never know, we might name some meals after you).

We have partnered with nutritionists we trust, so we can assign our customers to the nutritionist we think is most suitable for their unique needs. We cater to all diets.

I’m of Latvian heritage. Born in Riga and lived in Portugal when I was young. I grew up on a farm and was lucky enough to experience the flavour of organic food. I moved to England when I was five-years-old and spent my childhood and teen years in the English Riviera, Torquay.

Exposed to processed food, I became overweight. Luckily, I discovered pretty quickly that I could lose this weight. This was the start of my nutritional journey. Over the years I began bodybuilding. I worked out until I was confident in my physique. I looked great! But, I wasn’t healthy…

My skin was inflamed with acne and eczema, my lungs started giving up on me (I suffer with severe asthma), I had twelve tooth fillings by 16 and I was always tired. Something had to change…

I discovered fasting, committed myself to different diets and educated myself on nutrition to understand my biology. This was extremely rewarding. My skin is clear, asthma is gone, teeth are great and I feel energised and happy.

I met Orson at University and we both decided to create Champ. We want to create the best healthy meal prep delivery service in the UK. It’s been a crazy adventure and a start to an incredible story.

I continue to cook up wild dishes, educate myself through books, case studies and scientific literature.

I was born in Paris and brought up just north of there until 16 years old when I was sent to boarding school in England.  Being ADHD I was never a very obedient student nor did I show much interest in school, but I have always had big ambitions. School in England wasn’t for me either but I got by and it was a more positive experience.  After my A Levels I started  on a Journey of self-development to try and find who I was and to confound the ADHD enemy.  I found that food was one of the most effective ways of doing this. It led me to ask  further  questions and research into the cognitive benefits and well-being that could be gained through the right food and by tweaking one’s diet.

Thanks to resolving the ADHD problem, to inadvertenly finding a subject that I am passionate about, and to meeting co-founder Maximilian  at University at an opportune time, my life has turned around. I have significantly stepped up my game and I now feel more happy, energetic and hungry than ever to help people discover the power of food,  to heal through it and to improve in so many ways through good diet. I continue to read avidly and learn daily on the topic so that I can widen my perspective.   I am convinced that nutrition and health has too too many variables to stay put on what you believe.

I now feel as happy, energetic and hungry as ever to help people achieve and reap the same benefits through food.

I was born in France and lived near Paris until I was 16. Due to being born with ADHD, I was never a very obedient or interested student at school, but I always had big ambitions. So At the age of 16, I was sent to boarding school in the UK. This was still not for me. Even though, I did get by. After my A levels is when my self-development journey started and one of the best and most accessible ways I found to do to so was through food. I quickly realised that I could tame my ADHD and this is when his nutritional journey began. I really started getting interested in the cognitive and well-being improvements that you could get through tweaking your diet.

Thanks to this but also finding something that I was passionate about, I really starting stepping up my game and I now feel as happy, energetic and hungry as ever to help people achieve and reap the same benefits through food.

I continue to learn daily on the topic so that I can widen my perspective as I truly believe that nutrition and health have too many variables to stay put on what you believe.
