Champ only delivers in Bristol and Bath. Our delivery days are Sundays and Wednesdays. We deliver during the late afternoon/evening. You can choose your delivery location. If you would like to change your delivery location, please email us at least one day before at

You can pause your plan any time! You will need to give us one week notice. Please let us know by email:

Nope. Just enjoy organic, healthy and ready cooked meals. You can eat them cold. Or reheat your meals in the oven or microwave. We suggest using the oven to preserve the most nutrients.

Champ is a bespoke service. We cook to your requirements. We do our best to prevent cross contamination. But, we can’t guarantee it will be free from traces. 

Champ does not serve gluten, so that’s one less allergen to worry about.

Everyone is unique and has their own unique requirements. We cook however many meals you want per week, so you can enjoy more free time. 

First, we understand you and how our service can work best for you. This will be during our consultation.

Second, we book you in with one of our trusted nutritionists to create a nutrition plan that’s right for you. 

Lastly, we take your nutrition plan and design your personal menu. You can enjoy a fantastic variety of food, in the most convenient way and personalised to your health/fitness goals.
